Orders will not be posted until payment has been received and cleared. Once payment has cleared you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Payment required within 7 days of purchase. If payment has not been received by this time, Alpha-Bits & Pieces reserves the right to cancel your order and place it back into stock. This policy is in place for the consideration of other customers wanting to purchase goods. You will be notified by email prior to the cancellation of any orders.
Direct Deposit Payments Direct deposit payments can be made online via your internet banking. Please remember to quote your name or purchase order number when making all direct deposit payments to avoid delays in identifying your payment.
Banking details will be provided during check-out.
Cheque Payments Please make cheques payable to "Alpha-Bits & Pieces". Address details will be provided after the checkout process is complete. If cheques bounce, you will be charged for any penalty fees incured from the bank.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. This means that no Alpha-Bits & Pieces staff member will have access to your credit card details. Please note that once payment has been made through PayPal we will not be able to revise and change any payment amounts.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you are still able to use the PayPal system. You are given the option to join though if you wish. More information about PayPal can be read here.
If your card is declined you will be charged for any penalty fees incurred from the bank.

All prices are in Australian dollars, are GST inclusive and are subject to change without prior notice. Being an online company, our overheads are minimal so we aim to keep prices as low as possible.
Out of Stock Items Occasionally due to demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If our stocks are due to be replenished within 3 working days we will hold your order until the item is received before posting.
If an item is out of stock prior to your order and you would like to be notified when it is available, please contact Alpha-Bits & Pieces and we will send an email alert at the appropriate time.
