Shipping Costs Deliveries are free anywhere in Australia for all orders over $90. All other deliveries within Australia attract a $6.95 delivery fee.
Prices for Registered Post and Express Post are available on request. Please email Alpha-Bits & Pieces for a custom shipping quote. We will not be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged after they have left our warehouse/office if they are not registered/insured. This includes damage in transit by Australia Post.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We will aim to keep the website up to date with stock levels, although at times an item may be purchased after it has stocked out. This could be the case if two people are ordering the same product and there is only one in stock. In this case, the order received first will be filled.
All custom orders and re-stock requests are welcome. Payment upfront may be required in some cases and is at the discretion of Alpha-Bits & Pieces.
International Orders

Refunds Faulty or defective items may be returned to us for exchange within 14 days of the date the goods were dispatched by Australia Post. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
